  • Shamille was able to negotiate a very difficult sale of farmland and farmhouse, the sale was more difficult than normal because of needing to be surveyed and separated from a larger parcel. She expertly negotiated easement rights and various other things that are not common in regular home sales! She did an amazing job protecting my interests by anticipating problems ahead of time and solving them before I even knew they existed! You will not find a more dedicated, intelligent, problem-solving realtor!
